Credit Bully AI is a credit repair organization. We review your credit reports and challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated items with the credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf, under your rights in the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific results or the removal of accurate, timely information. No one can legally guarantee the removal of accurate information from your credit report. Results vary based on your individual file.
Your Right to Dispute on Your Own
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no cost, directly with the credit bureaus. Our services are optional and are provided for your convenience.
Your Responsibilities
To work with us, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain a credit monitoring account, provide identification as requested, and respond to communications so we can keep your file moving.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your contract within 3 business days. You may cancel your contract with us within three business days from the date you sign it, without any penalty or obligation.
Fees
Any fees for our services will be discussed and agreed upon during your free consultation, based on your situation and budget.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Bully AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the services at issue.
